IN THE HISTORIC SMITH-DAVIS BUILDING
Simon Noel
I am a graduate of The George Washington University National
Law Center, having obtained the degree of Master of Laws
(LL.M.) in Taxation.
During the course of my career, I have represented clients
before The Internal Revenue Service and in the Courts on
Federal and State Tax law matters.
In addition to tax law and practice, I have represented large,
medium and small corporations and businesses in the areas
of business formation, mergers and acquisitions, business
agreements, compliance and litigation.
Real estate law and transactions have been a recurring part of my 30 plus years in practice as a lawyer.
Bankruptcy and debt collection services are also available through my office.
My experience includes a tenure in the legal department of a major publicly traded corporation, as well as serving as General Counsel for an Omaha based company.
Earlier in my career, I spent three years in the Securities industry, and have leveraged this experience in representing clients in Securities Arbitration.
In addition to practicing law, I have taught real estate and business law at three Universities as an Adjunct Professor.
Every effort is made to accommodate clients with respect to legal fees. I am guided in establishing fees by the standards set by Ethics rules of the State of Iowa.
